On February 24, the Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich participated as an expert in the opening of the strategic session “Tomsk Region Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2.0: Regional Implementation Plan”.

The session discussed the key messages of the draft updated Tomsk Region Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2030, including major trends and challenges that a region should consider throughout long-term development, as well as approaches to modern regional strategic management.
