2019-02-25 :: Leontief Centre Hosted an Expert Seminar-Discussion on the Main Challenges St. Petersburg Faces

On February 25, at the Leontief Centre Conference Hall, an expert seminar took place to discuss the most important challenges in St. Petersburg. The topics discussed included the agglomeration development, coordination of spatial development with the Leningrad region, pollution control and environmental protection, housing policy and construction taking into account population ageing, cultural and information policy, as well as transport policy and St. Petersburg’s transport and communication system. Challenges addressed by the speakers and their solutions sparked a lively discussion among the seminar participants.
