On May 13-14, 2011 Nina Oding, Head of Research Department, took part in international conference Russia and European Union: Agenda – 2011 (Kaliningrad City, Russia), which was organized by Immanuel Kant State University of Russia and was held in the framework of University Day celebration, and made a report on theme Practice of Regional Co-operation: Possibilities and Limitations.

Specialists from Kaliningrad and other cities of Russia, and also foreign guests from Poland, Latvia and Germany participated in the conference.
