2021-02-16 :: ICSER Leontief Centre Hosted a Seminar as Part of the Project StratKIT “Innovative Strategies for Public Catering: Sustainability Toolkit across Baltic Sea Region”

On February 16, ICSER Leontief Centre hosted the seminar as part of the project StratKIT “Innovative Strategies for Public Catering: Sustainability Toolkit across Baltic Sea Region”. The seminar discussed a roadmap and action plan on how to provide educational institutions with organic farm products. The seminar was chaired by Olga Iakimenko, Head of Internet Projects and Marketing Communications, ICSER Leontief Centre.

The project includes data collection and analysis. The outcomes will be presented at the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum in October 2021 at the round table “Healthy Eating as a Social Value: Challenges and Prospects”.
