2021-02-08 :: Boris Zhikharevich Took Part in the Round Table “Kazan Urban Area’s Socio-Economic Development and Public Infrastructure Availability: Challenges and Prospects”

On February 8, the Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich took part in the round table “Kazan Urban Area’s Socio-Economic Development and Public Infrastructure Availability: Challenges and Prospects”. The round table took place via video conference. The round table discussed common approaches to provide Kazan urban area’s integrated and balanced socio-economic development.

Boris Zhikharevich spoke about the need and importance of developing the Kazan Urban Area Socio-Development Strategy.

The round table was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister for Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, leading experts in urban area development, representatives of ministries and agencies, and local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan.
