2021-01-21 :: The Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Has Prepared the Review “Who is the Market Leader in Strategy Development?”

The Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre has prepared the 13th issue of the review “Who is the Market Leader in Strategy Development?” that contains analysis of the strategy consulting market for 2020. The review is published on the StratPlan.ru website. According to the Russia’s e-Government Procurement Portal, 20 tenders revealed and 17 contracts concluded worth 46.9 million rubles. For the first time, the year’s largest contract was municipal: preparing the Spatial Development Strategy for the Urban District “City of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk”. The contract took 49% of the market, and 6 contracts took 92% of the market. OOO AV-KONSULT has become the only company to win more than one tender (5 of them), having also become the leader in price dumping, lowering the price by 50-90%.
