2020-11-09 :: Panel Session “Diversity and Inequality in Urban and Regional Development”

On November 5-7, the panel session “Diversity and Inequality in Urban and Regional Development” was held as part of the St. Petersburg International Conference on Inequality and Diversity (IDC 2020). The panel session has been organized by Leonid Limonov, Director-Coordinator for Research Programmes, jointly with the Regional Studies Association (RSA) Russia Division. Leonid Limonov gave a presentation “Ethno-Demographic Heterogeneity of the Population of Russia’s Regions: Assessment of Socio-Economic Impacts” (jointly with Marina Nesena, Cand. Sci. (Econ.), Senior Researcher at ANO ICSER Leontief Centre), and Andrey Yushkov gave a presentation “Estimating the Soft Budget Constraint in a Federation”.
