Springer has published the book “Shaping Regional Futures: Designing and Visioning in Governance Rescaling”. The book gathers theoretical reflections on regional territorial governance and illustrates them by means of practical experiences in several European countries. The Director-Coordinator for Research Programmes Leonid Limonov and the Head of Territorial Strategic Planning Department Arthur Batchaev prepared a chapter on the origin, establishment and development of strategic planning in Russia.
