2018-04-22 :: ICSER Leontief Centre Co-Hosted the Roundtable “URBAN ECOCLUSTER Project”

On March 22, the roundtable “URBAN ECOCLUSTER Project” was held within the XIX International Environmental Forum “Baltic Sea Day” (St. Petersburg, EXPOFORUM). Organisers: Green Net Finland, ICSER Leontief Centre. 

Goals of the roundtable:

• Presentation of the interim results of the implementation of international project on St. Petersburg ECOCLUSTER development;
• Discussion of the ideas and proposals on filling the Concept of the St. Petersburg ECOCLUSTER;
• Internationalization of the St. Petersburg ECOCLUSTER, increase of investment attractiveness and search for further project implementation options.

The roundtable outcomes: 

Signed a Memorandum of understanding and continuation of cooperation within the BALTIC CLEANTECH ALLIANCE, CB2East project and between the four cleantech clusters: Saint-Petersburg Cleantech Cluster for Urban Environment (Russia); Green Net Finland and Finnish Water Forum (Finland); Cleantech Latvia (Latvia).

Signed the handover of chairmanship in the Board of Directors of the international consortium “Saint-Petersburg Cleantech Cluster for Urban Environment” from Russia to Norway (for the period April 2018 - March 2019).
