On February 13, Director-General of ICSER Leontief Centre Irina Karelina and Director of Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich participated in the meeting of the Economic Council under the Governor of St. Petersburg, held in Smolny. One of the issues discussed was the draft decree of the Government of St. Petersburg "On the Draft Law of St. Petersburg "On the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of St. Petersburg until 2035".
