On February 20, Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich took part in the working group meeting “Creating a Strategy for Developing Municipalities and Regions, and Improving the Quality of Life for Citizens: Best Practices of Russia and Germany”, organised with the support of the Kudrin Foundation for Civil Initiatives Support within the German-Russian Forum “Russian-German Regional-Municipal Partnership: Development Prospects” that was held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. Boris Zhikharevich made a presentation entitled “Municipal Strategy: How to Improve the Development Value”.
