2017-12-26 :: Final Seminars within the Project "Technical Assistance Department of Budget Methodology and Financial Reporting in the Public Sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation"

At the stage of completion of the project "Technical Assistance Department of Budget Methodology and Financial Reporting in the Public Sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation", ICSER Leontief Centre with the participation of the Department of Budget Methodology and Financial Reporting in the Public Sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation organized and held three final seminars to discuss the main project results with representatives of executive authorities and the expert community. The seminars are as follows:

• November 20-21, 2017 – seminar "Internal Financial Control and Audit as an Element of Financial Management in Federal Authorities" (Analytical Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow);

• December 14-15, 2017 - "Pressing Issues of Introduction of Federal Accounting Standards for Public Sector Organizations and the Transition to the Application of the New Classification of Public Sector Transactions, harmonized with the Government Finance Statistics (GFS)-2014" (for the financial bodies of the federal subjects of Russia) (The "Beta" Hotel, Izmailovo Hotel Complex, Moscow);

• December 19-20, 2017 - "Pressing Issues of Introduction of Federal Accounting Standards for Public Sector Organizations and the Transition to the Application of the New Classification of Public Sector Transactions, harmonized with the Government Finance Statistics (GFS)-2014" (for the financial bodies of the federal subjects of Russia) (Conference Hall, International Center for Informatics and Electronics, Moscow). 

Over 550 participants attended the seminars in total.
