On October 31, the regular meeting of joint interdisciplinary seminar "Economy and Society" of ICSER Leontief Centre, Sociological Institute of RAS, Higher School of Economics and St. Petersburg Institute for Economics and Mathematics of RAS was held.

Dmitry Travin, Professor of the Faculty of Economics, Head of the Center for Modernization Studies at the European University in St. Petersburg, made a report "Modernization and Reformation".
