2017-09-06 :: Junior Research Fellow at ICSER Leontief Centre Andrey Yushkov Made a Report at the ARETT Conference

Junior Research Fellow at ICSER Leontief Centre Andrey Yushkov made a report entitled "Fiscal Federalism in Russia – Development Prospects" at the annual conference of Association of Russian Economic Think Tanks (ARETT) and become one of two "New Generation" Prize Winners 2017 (jointly with Anna Fedunina, NRU HSE). The Prize is awarded by Association from 2012, aimed to identify and encourage promising young experts aged under 30 in the field of economic analysis.

The conference was also attended by Director-General of ICSER Leontief Centre Irina Karelina and Director-Coordinator of Research Programmes Leonid Limonov.
