The paper of the Leontief Centre’s employees Andrey Yushkov, Lev Savulkin and Nina Oding entitled “Intergovernmental Relations in Russia: Still a Pendulum?” is published in the Public Administration Issues Journal, Special Issue, which is published by the National Research University High School of Economics with the assistance of the Kennan Institute. The journal is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and international databases Scopus and Web of Science. The paper studies the main trends in development of interbudgetary relations and fiscal federalism in Russia since the beginning of the 1990s to the present day.
