2017-05-30 :: Leontief Centre Signed a Cooperation Agreement with Higher School of Economics – St. Petersburg Branch

On May 30, Leontief Centre and Higher School of Economics – St. Petersburg branch had a ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement in the framework of the expanded meeting of interdisciplinary seminar "Economics and Society".

The agreement aims at further cooperation between Leontief Centre and Higher School of Economics, which has existed for quite a long time. The ICSER Leontief Centre Base Department has been already established in the structure of Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg branch. The Leontief Centre and Higher School of Economics hold joint events (conferences, seminars, etc.); university students regularly do practical work at the Centre, being also actively involved in implementation of the Centre’s current projects.

The agreement was signed by Director-General of ICSER Leontief Centre Irina Karelina and Director of the Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg branch Sergey Kadochnikov. 

In the end of the ceremony Irina Karelina pointed the importance of cooperation between Leontief Centre and Higher School of Economics and the need of sharing experience and knowledge of the Centre’s employees to university students.
