The Monograph "Public-Private Partnerships in Transitional Nations" published (edited by Nikolai Mouraviev and Nada Kakabadse, Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Great Britain). This collection examines public-private partnerships (PPPs) in transitional nations from the governance perspective.

Research Fellow of ICSER Leontief Centre A.O. Yushkov and Associate Professor of St. Petersburg State University S.V. Maslova are authors of the chapter "PPP Development in Russia: Overview of Current Trends and Transport Case Studies".

The chapter examines development trends of PPPs in Russia, highlights key achievements and challenges, and explores best cases of PPPs projects in sphere of transport.
