Forum organizers: State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Government of St. Petersburg, Center for Strategic Research Foundation, ICSER Leontief Centre.

The main topic of the issue: "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Building Alignment through Dialogue". In 2016 the journal has become a partner of XV All-Russia Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia".
