The list of organizations currently having cooperation agreements with CJSC ICSER "Leontief Centre":

  • State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Strategic Research Center of the Republic of Sakha" (long-term partnership agreement in research and staffing of activities for implementing state economic policy and improving strategic planning in the regions of the Arctic and North-East Russia), 2013 – indefinite

  • Civic Movement "Youth Governments Association of the Russian Federation" (partnership and cooperation agreement in organizing the annual youth platform under the Annual Strategic Planning Leaders Forum of the Regions and Cities of Russia"), 2016 – indefinite

  • St. Petersburg Youth Board (partnership and cooperation agreement in organizing the annual youth platform under the Annual Strategic Planning Leaders Forum of the Regions and Cities of Russia"), 2016 – indefinite

  • Higher School of Economics St. Petersburg (cooperation agreement aims to develop further cooperation, including activities of ICSER Leontief Centre Chair at Higher School of Economics St. Petersburg, hold joint events (conferences, seminars), provide internship for students, and also involve lecturers and students in ongoing projects), 2017–2022

  • International Consortium “Saint-Petersburg Cleantech Cluster for urban environment” (agreement on the entry of ICSER Leontief Centre into the consortium and on joint actions to achieve common goals of the consortium members through creating efficient mechanisms for interaction between business and government authorities, between educational and scientific institutions, including on the principles of international and cross-border cooperation and public-private partnership), 2018 – indefinite

  • Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) (cooperation agreement aimed at organizing, conducting and promoting the 17 SDGs business games “Game of Goals”), 2019 – indefinite

  • Council of the Baltic Sea Secretariat, Institute of Maritime Spatial Planning Ermak NorthWest (Memorandum of Understanding regarding the development and dissemination of the “Maritime Spatial Planning Game – You are the decision-maker!” at international and Russian strategic platforms to raise awareness and achieve wider young people and other stakeholders engagement in ecosystem-based maritime spatial planning (MSP), and also to strengthen transnational cooperation for achieving the Global Goals defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and implementing the Baltic 2030 Action Plan), 2019 – indefinite

  • Scientific and Research Institute of Maritime Spatial Planning Ermak NorthWest (cooperation agreement to promote maritime spatial planning (MSP) in the Russian Federation and carry out works on the project platform “Capacity4МSP — Strengthening the capacity of MSP stakeholders and decision makers” of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme), 2019 – until the project is complete

  • Scientific Journal Regional Economy. South of Russia (cooperation agreement to prepare and hold the XIX Annual Strategic Planning Leaders Forum of the Regions and Cities of Russia: Reality 2020 and Agenda for the Next Decade”), 2020-2021

In 2015 ICSER Leontief Centre and AV Group signed an agreement on establishing a consortium in strategic development (Leontief Centre – AV Group Consortium (LC-AV))

  • Krasnodar Region Administration (cooperation in developing and implementing the Krasnodar region’s flagship project “Trade, Transport and Logistics Cluster “Southern Export-Import Hub”);

  • JSC National Research Institute of Technology and Communications;

  • SITRONICS JSC Expert Office (cooperation in creating effective digitalization models for regions).
